Current uses may continue to use the legacy InCommon federation integration, but are advised to set a password using TD SYNNEX authentication as soon as possible to avoid service interruptions.
To proceed with setting up a TD SYNNEX authentication password, please follow the provided steps:
Step 1: Access the I2 Portal
- Navigate to the I2 Portal login console and select Sign In.
Step 2: Reset Password
- Click on the Forgot Password option.
Step 3: Submit Email
- Enter your institutional email address and click Submit.
Step 4: Confirmation Message
- You will see a confirmation message indicating further instructions have been sent to your email.
Step 5: Check Email
- Look for an email from Confirmed Stateside Support.
- Open the email and follow the provided link to set a new password.
Step 6: Create a New Password
- Using the link in the email, set a new password.
- Once the password is successfully set, you will be automatically logged in.
Step 7: Future Logins
- For future logins, you can now use your email and the new password to access the portal.
